Print a year or month calendar for any year

How to print a calendar

  1. Choose a layout: the whole year on one page, a single month, or all twelve months with one per page.
  2. Pick the year (and month), whether weeks start on Monday or Sunday, a colour, and optionally ISO week numbers and notes lines.
  3. Press Print / Save as PDF. In the print dialog, choose your printer or "Save as PDF", and select landscape for the year view if you prefer. Only the calendar is printed.

The calendar is generated in your browser for any year from 1900 to 2200, so you can print one for next year, plan a past project or make a birth-year calendar. Month pages have large boxes for writing appointments, birthdays, meal plans, school schedules or habit tracking, plus optional lines for notes. Weekends are tinted so the week structure is easy to see, and today's date is highlighted on screen.

Week numbers follow the ISO 8601 standard used in Europe and much of business planning: weeks start on Monday and week 1 is the week containing the year's first Thursday. Day and month names use your browser's language. The layout is recorded in the page link, so you can bookmark your preferred settings. No sign-up, no watermark.

How do I save the calendar as a PDF?

Press Print and choose "Save as PDF" (or "Microsoft Print to PDF") as the printer.

Can I start the week on Sunday?

Yes. Choose "Sunday first", common in the US, Canada and Japan.

What paper size does it use?

It adapts to the paper size chosen in the print dialog, such as A4 or US Letter.
