Bulk QR Code Generator

Make hundreds of QR codes from a list or CSV, download as ZIP

How to create QR codes in bulk

  1. Paste your values, one per line: web addresses, product codes, serial numbers, ticket IDs or plain text. Or switch to CSV / spreadsheet, paste rows from Excel or Google Sheets (or open a CSV file), and choose the column to encode and the column for labels and file names.
  2. Optionally add a content template, such as https://example.com/item/{value}. Each value is inserted at {value}; in CSV mode you can also use any column heading, for example {SKU}.
  3. Choose the error correction level, PNG size and colours. Keep dark codes on a light background so every phone can scan them.
  4. Download a ZIP of PNG or SVG files, named after each label, with an index.csv listing which file holds which content. Or print a sheet of labelled codes, 3 to 6 per row.

Uses for bulk QR codes

Bulk generation saves hours whenever you need a different code for each item: asset and inventory tags, product labels and packaging, event tickets and badges, table numbers that open a menu or ordering page, classroom resources, library books, plant labels, or links to each product page in a shop. Spreadsheet mode keeps your existing IDs and names together, so file names and printed labels match your records.

These are static QR codes: the content is encoded directly in the pattern, so they work forever, offline and without tracking, but cannot be edited after printing. If you might change the destination later, encode a link to a page you control and update that page instead. Use level M for most uses, Q or H for labels that may get scratched or dirty, and print codes at least 2 cm (0.8 in) wide for scanning at arm's length. Always test a few codes with your phone before printing hundreds.

Everything, including the ZIP file, is created in your browser. Your lists are not uploaded anywhere.

How many QR codes can I make at once?

Thousands. The preview shows the first 120, and the ZIP includes them all. Very large batches take a little longer to package.

Can I name each QR code file?

Yes. In CSV mode choose a label column; files are named after it, and duplicates get a number added.

PNG or SVG?

SVG is a vector format that stays sharp at any size, ideal for professional printing. PNG suits documents, websites and label software.

Do the QR codes expire?

No. They are static codes with no redirect service in between, so they keep working forever.
