Online Alarm Clock

Set alarms and quick reminders in your browser

--:--

Keep this tab open, your device awake and the volume up. Browsers cannot ring alarms after the page is closed.

How to set an online alarm

  1. Choose the alarm time and a sound, add a label if you like, and press Set alarm. Or tap "In 5 min", "10 min", "30 min" or "1 hour" for a quick reminder.
  2. Press Test sound to check the volume.
  3. Leave this tab open. When the alarm time arrives, the sound repeats and the screen flashes until you press Stop or Snooze 5 min.
  4. Set as many alarms as you need; delete them with ✕.

Good to know

This alarm clock runs in your browser, which makes it handy on a work computer for reminders, breaks, meetings, cooking or a short nap. Alarms are saved in this browser, so they survive a page reload, and the clock checks the real time continuously, so it stays accurate even if the tab is in the background. If your browser supports it, the page asks the device to keep the screen on and can show a desktop notification.

A web page cannot wake a sleeping computer or ring after the tab is closed, and phones may pause pages when the screen locks. For waking up in the morning, rely on your phone's built-in alarm app; use this one when you are at your desk. Set your volume and test the sound first; the alarm cannot raise the system volume. Nothing is sent to any server.

Will the alarm ring if my laptop goes to sleep?

No. Keep the computer awake and the tab open.

Can I set an alarm for tomorrow?

Yes. If the time has already passed today, the alarm is set for the same time tomorrow.

Can I use my own sound?

Not yet. Choose from beeps, chime, rising tone or classic bell.
