How to make a link-in-bio page
- Add your name, a one-line headline, a short bio and a profile photo.
- Add your links: shop, booking page, newsletter, latest video, portfolio, menu or donation page. Reorder them with the arrows; the most important link goes first.
- Fill in the social profiles you want to show. Usernames are turned into the right links automatically.
- Choose a theme, button style and font, and watch the phone preview update.
- Download index.html and put it online (see below), then paste its address into your Instagram, TikTok, YouTube or X bio.
Host it for free, own it forever
Link-in-bio services are convenient, but your page lives on their domain, carries their branding and can disappear or change price. This generator makes a single, self-contained HTML file (with the photo embedded) that loads instantly and has no scripts, trackers or cookies. You can host it free on Netlify Drop (drag the file onto the page), GitHub Pages, Cloudflare Pages or any web host, and point your own domain at it, such as links.yourname.com. Because it is a normal web page with a proper title and description, it can be found in search, and the links pass any authority to your own sites.
Keep the list short: five or six links convert better than fifteen. Use clear verbs on the buttons ("Book a table", "Shop prints"), update the top link for each campaign, and add UTM tags to links if you want to see the traffic in your analytics. Your work is saved in this browser so you can come back and edit it.
Is this a free Linktree alternative?
Yes. You get a page you fully own with no subscription, branding or limits. You host the file yourself, for free on services like Netlify or GitHub Pages.
Can I use my own domain?
Yes. Upload the file to a host that supports custom domains and point your domain or a subdomain at it.
Does the page track visitors?
No. It contains no scripts. Add UTM parameters to your links or analytics on your host if you want statistics.
How do I edit the page later?
Come back to this page in the same browser; your content is saved. Download the new file and replace the old one.
