How to extract pages from a PDF

  1. Drop the PDF on the box to see thumbnails of every page.
  2. Tap the pages you want, or type a range such as 3-5, 9 and press Select.
  3. Drag pages first if you want them in a different order in the new file.
  4. Press Extract selected pages and download the new PDF.

When to extract pages

Send only the signature page of a contract, the relevant chapter of a manual, a single invoice from a monthly statement, or one worksheet from a workbook. Extracting keeps the rest of the document private and makes the file much smaller and easier to read on a phone.

The pages are copied as they are, without re-rendering, so text stays selectable and graphics keep their quality. If you want each page as a separate file instead, use Split PDF.

Like every PDF tool on this site, it runs entirely in your browser: the file is read from your device, processed locally and saved back to your device. Nothing is uploaded, there is no account, no watermark and no daily limit.
