How to rearrange PDF pages
- Drop a PDF on the box. Every page appears as a thumbnail.
- Drag pages to put them in a new order. On a phone, press and drag with your finger; with a keyboard, focus a page and press Alt + ← or Alt + →.
- Tap pages to select them, then rotate, delete or extract them with the buttons. You can also select pages by typing a range such as
1-3, 7. Each page also has its own rotate arrows. - Press Save PDF to download the reorganised file, or Extract selected pages to save only the pages you picked as a new PDF.
One tool for everyday PDF fixes
Scanned documents often come out with pages in the wrong order, upside down or with blank pages in between. Reports may need an appendix moved, a cover page removed or a single chapter pulled out to send to someone. This organiser handles all of that in one place with a visual grid, so you can see exactly what you are changing before you save.
Changes are lossless: pages are copied rather than re-rendered, so text remains selectable and searchable and images keep their original quality. Rotation is stored as page metadata, the same way Acrobat does it, so the file size barely changes. Nothing happens to your original file; you download a new copy.
Private by design
The PDF engine runs in your browser. Your document is read from your device and never uploaded, which makes this safe for contracts, statements, medical records and other sensitive paperwork.
Can I undo changes?
Yes. Restore brings back deleted pages, and Start over resets the order, rotation and selection. Your original file is never modified.
Does rotating reduce quality?
No. Rotation is stored as a page setting, so the content is not re-compressed.
Why do I only see page numbers instead of thumbnails?
Thumbnails need the PDF renderer, which loads after the file. If it cannot load, you can still reorder, rotate and delete pages by number.
